WEST89 RETURN POLICY
West89 is a small artisan brand that makes exceptionally well made products for consumer enjoyment. As we strive to preserve such quality, we do not offer monetary returns at this time. All sales are final. Exchanges for site credit are accepted, but must be approved. Please carefully read the instructions below to initiate your exchange request.

1). To request an exchange for site credit, please email infowest89.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Please include exchange request & your order number in the subject line. Please allow at least 24 hours for a response regarding the next steps.
2). Once products(s) have been returned in the required conditions, we will issue a site credit via email for the amount of the originally purchased product(s), which can be used immediately to place a new order exclusively on west89.com. Please allow up to 72 hours for the returned product(s) to be processed & the site credit issued.
3). Site credits are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash & will expire (6) months from activation date.
4). West89 will not offer site credit for used or damaged products. Please make sure products are returned to West89 in original condition & packaging (i.e., lid, candle, matches, care card). Products must be in perfect, sellable condition. Please ensure the shipment is securely packaged as we will not process site credit on items that arrive damaged. All exchanges must be received within 14 days from the original delivery date. Proof of purchase is required on all exchanges & replacements (i.e., order number or order confirmation email).
5). Purchases made with site credit as a result of an exchange request are FINAL SALE.
6). Deluxe Discovery Sets cannot be customized, as they have been carefully curated for our customers to experience our entire collection(s). Quantities for our discovery sets are extremely limited. We encourage customers to join our email list to be notified about pre-launch promotions All Discovery Sets are FINAL SALE & will not be considered for return or exchange. No exceptions.
7). Please do not ship item(s) to West89 until your exchange request has been approved. We will not be responsible for any packages delivered to us. If you ship packages to West89 before recieving exchange approval, it will be your responsibility to have the package mailed back to you. Please follow our return policy instructions to ensure exchanges are as seamless as possible.
Please note: We carefully inspect all products before shipping, however if item(s) arrive damaged, please email email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos & your order number.
Please note: West89 reserves the right to refuse exchange requests on any products returned in inadequate condition.
